How to make a booking

How do bookings work?

You can book any of the salons and spas listed with GoBeauty by clicking on 'Book now' in the 'Options' menu

How do I "Book an appointment"?

Fill in the short form with your details and preferences
The salon is notified immediately of your request
The salon staff then contacts you to confirm

How can I be sure someone will reply in time?

Our system ensures that the salon is notified immediately about your request, and the salon is expected to reply earliest.

Please note: out of hours requests are normally dealt within the next opening hours of that particular salon or spa.

How can I make a direct booking?

Some salons and spas are listed on GoBeauty with the direct booking facility. You can book directly with them by viewing their available schedule and booking a suitable slot. You will receive the automatic confirmation immediately, and your booking will be automatically entered in their schedule.

Payments for online bookings

We do not handle your treatments payments, you can settle it with the salon at the time of your treatment.

How to buy a gift voucher

What is the GoBeauty Gift Voucher?

GoBeauty Gift Voucher is general vouchers that can be redeemed at any of the salons and spas listed with GoBeauty.

Some salons and spas have their own branded vouchers and they are redeemable only at those specific salons or spas.

The locations where you can use the Voucher are displayed next to each Voucher before and after the purchase.

How can I use my Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers are valid for bookings on GoBeauty and also directly with salon or spa.

Just take your mobile phone with you and present it to the salon staff at the time of your treatment.

Is it safe to purchase Vouchers online?

Our highest priority is to make the process simple and secure. The purchase process takes quick 3 steps, and your payment is secure via Secure Payment gateway processed by well known providers including PayPal and Stripe.

How are the Vouchers paid for?

Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express via Secure Payment gateway processed by well known providers including PayPal and Stripe.

How do they work?

The Vouchers will be sold with a monetary amount that can be used to purchase salon and spa treatments.

Gift Voucher can be used as full or part payment for treatments, but cannot be used to purchase more Gift Vouchers.

How are they sent / received?

You can send it to an email address or even as a text message.

Do I have to use up the Voucher at once?

The total value of the Voucher can redeemed at multiple salons or spas.

Any unused balance on the GoBeauty Voucher can be used at other participating locations.

When does my Voucher expire?

All vouchers will have an expiry date. Purchased vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Promotional and marketing vouchers are only valid for the period mentioned on the voucher itself.

How can I send a voucher to myself?

The process is even quicker for sending Vouchers to yourself. Simply click on ‘buy for yourself’ and for the first time enter the details - your mobile number or email address and proceed to payment; for repeat purchase you don’t need to re-enter your details.

How do I buy a Gift Voucher?

Can I add a personal message?

Yes you have the option to personalise the Voucher with your message, the name of the recipient, and of course your own name.

Also you can choose the date that you would like the voucher delivered on.

Is the Voucher transferable?

Yes, this Voucher is transferable but is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. Neither GoBeauty nor any partner location is responsible for loss, or theft of this Voucher.

Returns and Refunds policy

Vouchers can be returned within 3 days of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Payments security

GoBeauty does not process or store your credit card details. Customer details that are stored by GoBeauty are separate from card details which are entered by the client via card processing gateway providers including PayPal and Stripe.

How to post a review

Reviewing the service you received

GoBeauty invites you to rate and review the experience you had with your treatments and places you visited. After writing a review you have the ability to edit and remove the post at any time. Your information will be displayed on the salon’s page on GoBeauty.

Your review is very valuable

Your comments are very valuable for other customers, but also for the salon as it will provide an invaluable source of information and feedback on what you liked and what can be improved.

Please keep it fair

We ask you to refrain from any inappropriate content.

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content.

GoBeauty reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but may not regularly review submitted content, and takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content submitted by you or any third party.

Use of the services and the GoBeauty site constitutes knowing acceptance and acknowledgement of this user agreement.

What we do

GoBeauty provides the Services for the purpose of assisting users in securing beauty appointments at participating third party beauty establishments. In response to a USER's online request, the Go Beauty Site directly contacts the Establishment's computerized database of appointments. The availability of appointments is determined at the time of USER's query. Once an appointment is made by USER, Go Beauty will provide confirmation of the appointment to USER by email. By using the Services, USER agrees to receive appointment confirmations by email after booking an appointment through the Go Beauty Site.

No-show policy

GoBeauty is committed to providing superior quality services to its users and Establishments. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service with the participating Establishments, users are kindly asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honour at least 24 hours in advance on the day of the appointment. In some cases you may be required to cancel your appointment in accordance with that Establishment's individual cancellation policy. Towards the beauty establishments, GoBeauty does not guarantee users attendance.

Email Policy

You may receive periodic emails from GoBeauty. If you would rather not receive email from GoBeauty, please send an email to [email protected] User acknowledges and agrees, however, that user will still receive appointment confirmation emails and other emails relating to appointments booked by user through the GoBeauty site, even if user has opted not to receive periodic email from GoBeauty.

Access and Interference

Much of the information on the GoBeauty Site is updated on a real time basis and is proprietary to GoBeauty by its Establishments or third parties. By using the GoBeauty site, you agree not to:

Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automatic device, process or means to access the GoBeauty site for any purpose without GoBeauty’s express written permission.

Take any action that imposes or may impose (in GoBeauty’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

Implement any manual processes to monitor or copy GoBeauty Content from the GoBeauty Site without express written permission.

Utilise any device, software or routine that will interfere or attempt to interfere with the functionality of the GoBeauty Site.

Liability Limitations

In no event shall GoBeauty be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or is any way connected with (i) any use of the services, the GoBeauty site or the GoBeauty content, (ii) any failure or delay (including, but not limited to, the use or inability to use any component of the services or the GoBeauty site for appointments), or (iii) the performance or non-performance of any establishment in connection with the services. GoBeauty is neither an agent of nor is connected with any affiliated establishment in which a user has made an appointment. GoBeauty is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with a user’s visit to an affiliated establishment.

The information, programs, products, and materials contained in or accessed on the gobeauty site, including, without limitation, the services and the gobeauty content, are provided to user on an 'as is' basis and without warranty of any kind. Gobeauty disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the services, the gobeauty site, the gobeauty content and related materials provided hereunder including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or arising from a course of dealing.

The GoBeauty site may contain hypertext links to Web sites operated by parties other than GoBeauty. GoBeauty may modify this Agreement's terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the Services and the GoBeauty site after a change in this Agreement, or after implementation of any other new policy constitutes acceptance of such change or policy.
